Mit diesem Tool k\u00f6nnen Sie den CEV-Wert ausrechnen. Hierf\u00fcr werden maximal drei Stellen nach dem Komma ben\u00f6tigt. Die verwendete Formel des International Institute of Welding empfiehlt sich erst ab einem Kohlenstoffgehalt von 0,18 Prozent. Unter 0,18 % wird die\u00a0 Ito-Bessyo Formel verwendet.<\/p>\n<h2>Definition des Kohlenstoff\u00e4quivalents (CEV)<\/h2>\n<p>Die Schwei\u00dfbarkeit von Stahl h\u00e4ngt zu gro\u00dfem Teilen von dem Kohlenstoffgehalt ab. Zur Ermittlung des Kohlenstoffgehalts und damit der Schwei\u00dfbarkeit eines Stahls wird das Kohlenstoff\u00e4quivalent verwendet. Diese Vergleichsgr\u00f6\u00dfe gibt dann Aufschluss \u00fcber die Schwei\u00dfbarkeit des Stahls.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt viele Faktoren, die sich auf die Schwei\u00dfbarkeit von St\u00e4hlen auswirken k\u00f6nnen. Neben dem Kohlenstoffgehalt geh\u00f6rt hier auch der Einfluss von anderen Legierungselementen dazu. F\u00fcr den Kohlenstoffgehalt ist bekannt, dass dieser bei 0,2 Prozent immer noch eine gute Schwei\u00dfbarkeit zul\u00e4sst. Allerdings ist der Einfluss der anderen Legierungselemente schwerer zu erfassen. Daher wurde eine bestimmte Formel des International Institute of Welding entwickelt, um diese Faktoren in der Berechnung mit einzubeziehen. Allerdings darf hier nicht vergessen werden, dass diese Formel auf Grund der Vielzahl von Stahlsorten keine Universalformel darstellt. Alle Angaben sind daher ohne Gew\u00e4hr.<\/p>\n<p>Daher sind im Folgenden zwei Formeln zu finden. Einmal nach der Formel des International Institute of Welding f\u00fcr Stahl, welcher einen Kohlenstoffgehalt von +0,18 Prozent hat:<\/p>\n<p>CEV (%) = %C + %Mn\/6 + (%Cu + %Ni)\/15 + (%Cr + %Mo + %V)\/5<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits haben wir die Ito-Bessyo Formel aufgef\u00fchrt, da diese f\u00fcr St\u00e4hle mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt von weniger als 0,18 Prozent anwendbar ist:<\/p>\n<p>CEV (%) = %C + %Si\/30 + (%Mn + %Cu + %Cr)\/20 + %Ni\/60 + %Mo\/15 + %V\/10 + 5(%B)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-71241","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 -
